Contact us for an initial discussion. We will perform a free Pre-Assessment of your claim to determine its likelihood of success.

Using technical drawings, surveys and calculations, our experts will work out your loss of amenity value as a consequence of your light disruption and use these calculations as a basis for negotiation.
If it is determined that you have suffered a loss of light then the offending party must compensate you or rectify the infringement. Whether an injunction, design alteration or financial compensation is obtained, we will look to negotiate the best possible outcome for you.
Following a successful outcome the compensation package will be agreed and documented. This will include your expert panel solicitor collecting and sending the financial compensation owed to you.
